FAU researchers visit EQA laboratories
Mrs. Marcela Arango Ospina and Mrs. Zoya Hazhieva from FAU (Germany) visiting PROCER/EQA.
From August 13 to 15, 2023, we are receiving the visit of 2 researchers, Mrs. Marcela Arango Ospina and Mrs. Zoya Hadzhieva, from the FAU Institute of Biomaterials, Erlangen, Germany, coordinated by Prof. Aldo Boccaccini. We collaborate with FAU within the CAPES/DAAD PROBRAL bilateral project entitled “Advanced Manufacturing of Multifunctional Scaffolds: Synthesis, Processing and Biological Evaluation”. Tomorrow, Tuesday, August 15, the FAU researchers will give an invited presentation: “Research Activities at the Institute of Biomaterials/FAU”, from 10 am to 11 am, in Auditorium I of the Department of Chemical and Food Engineering (EQA).
Currently, 3 doctoral students from UFSC are developing their Ph.D. projects at this Institute as part of the FAU-UFSC co-supervision (co-tutelle) agreement: Mrs. Clara Dourado Fernandes, Mrs. Isabela Karina Della Flora and Mr. Arthur Romero. At UFSC, the project is conducted by the Graduate Program in Chemical Engineering (PosENQ), with the participation of the Graduate Program in Materials Science and Engineering (PGMAT). New exchange possibilities will also be discussed at this event, open to interested parties.
